Build real confidence. Love yourself. Speak your goals into being - in your own voice, layered over healing binaural beats.\n\nA subscription is required to use Affirmism. New subscribers start with a free trial.\n\nRecord affirmations in your own voice, pair them with binaural and isochronic beats, and create a sound healing experience no other app can offer. When you hear your own words spoken back to you in meditation, something shifts. Your mind opens. Your body relaxes. New beliefs take root.\n\nWHAT MAKES AFFIRMISM DIFFERENT\n\n\"My meditations feel so much deeper. I've only ever listened to meditations with someone else's voice - my own voice with the binaural beats really changed the game for me.\" - Michelle H\n\nAffirmism is built around YOU. Your voice. Your words. Your intentions.\n\n- Two ways to create: Build It For Me - answer one question and Affirmism drafts your script, coaches your recording, and picks beats to match. Or Build My Own, with full control of every step\n- Start from 15 writing templates (including Self-Worth, Purpose and Sleep), paste your own (with done-for-you AI prompts), or edit ours before you record\n- Layer your voice over 24 beat tracks spanning 9 Solfeggio frequencies, plus pure alpha, theta, and delta tones\n- Dual-track audio - set your voice and beat volumes independently\n\nHOW IT WORKS\n\n- Write your affirmations - drafted for you, from a template, or a blank page\n- Record them in your voice - Already have a recording? Import it instead.\n- Choose a beat that matches your intention\n- Press play and let your voice and the frequencies transform your life\n\nTHE BEATS: FOR FOCUS, DEPTH, AND REST\n\n\"My mind is clear and sharp after each use. Pairing each mantra with the right sound has opened my practice to a whole new world of possibilities.\" - Roman A\n\nAffirmism's 24 tracks blend binaural beats - a slightly different tone in each ear (stereo headphones needed) - and isochronic tones - a single gently pulsing tone that sounds beautiful on headphones or a speaker.\n\nMany tracks are built on the Solfeggio scale, rooted in ancient sound-healing tradition - nine frequencies from 174 Hz (grounding) to 963 Hz (awakening). Plus three pure beats - alpha, theta, and delta - for focus, meditation, and deep rest.\n\nGUIDED MEDITATIONS\n\nNot ready to record your own voice? Begin with one of 13 guided meditations:\n\nMorning Manifestation · Deep Sleep · Confidence Boost · Stress Relief · Quiet Mind · Self-Love · Gratitude Flow · Focus & Clarity · Letting Go · Body Healing · Wealth & Abundance · Moving Through Grief · Open to Love\n\nPLAYLISTS - BUILD YOUR RITUAL\n\nString Affirmisms, meditations, and beats into playlists: a morning practice, a mid-day reset, or a sleep wind-down - all in your own voice.\n\nA PRACTICE THAT ACTUALLY STICKS\n\n\"A mindfulness habit that actually fits my lifestyle. Building meditations that feel personal and tailored to me keeps me engaged and helps me stay accountable.\" - Caitlin D\n\n- Daily intention prompts drawn from your own affirmations\n\nBUILT FOR PRIVACY\n\nYour voice recordings, written affirmations, cover photos, and session data are stored locally on your device. We never upload, transmit, or access any of it. Your practice is yours alone.\n\nSTART YOUR TRANSFORMATION TODAY\n\n\"Stepping into the future version of myself - they've genuinely shifted how I think, how I speak to myself, and how I approach my day.\" - Lisa A\n\nStart with 10 minutes a day. Your mind and body will thank you.\n\nSUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED\n\nAffirmism requires a subscription to access its affirmism tools, beats, guided meditations, and playlists. New subscribers begin with a free trial.\n\n- Annual: $69.99/year after a 14-day free trial\n- Monthly: $14.99/month after a 7-day free trial\n\nSubscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
