You write something, it disappears into a folder, and a week later you can't remember why you made that decision or what you prepared for that meeting.\n\nAgenda fixes this. Every note lives on a timeline alongside your calendar. Prepare for next week's client meeting, capture decisions as they happen, and look back at exactly what led you here — all in one view.\n\n\"It's my favorite new app in years.\"\n— John Gruber, daringfireball.net\n\n\"Every notes app should work like Agenda.\"\n— Khoi Vinh, subtraction.com\n\n\"One of the most interesting note-taking apps I've used.\"\n— John Voorhees, MacStories\n\n\nYOUR NOTES, CONNECTED TO YOUR CALENDAR\n\nAttach any note to a date or link it directly to a calendar event. Mark notes as \"On the Agenda\" to surface them in a dedicated overview — your shortlist of what matters right now.\n\nA REAL TEXT EDITOR\n\nHeadings, lists, tables, checklists, indented blocks, and preformatted text — with the simplicity of plain text input. Focus on what you're writing; Agenda handles how it looks.\n\nFILES, PHOTOS, AND LINKS\n\nAttach files and images to any note. Everything syncs across your devices and can be previewed inline.\n\nPROJECTS AND CATEGORIES\n\nGroup notes into projects, group projects into categories. Drag to reorder, collapse to focus, or let the timeline do the organizing for you.\n\nMAC, IPAD, AND IPHONE\n\nAgenda syncs across all your devices via iCloud or Dropbox. Share individual notes for real-time collaboration — useful for team meetings or shared lists.\n\nFREE TO USE, FOREVER\n\nAgenda is free with no time limits. Premium features are available through a yearly subscription — and you keep every feature you unlock, even if you cancel. A one-time lifetime purchase is also available.","facts":{"developer_id":1287445659,"developer_url":"https://agenda.com","first_released":"2018-05-29T07:00:00Z","support_url":null,"privacy_url":null,"website_url":null,"app_version":"23.4.1","release_notes":"FIXED\n- Logging in to the Agenda Community no longer shows an error page.","rating_current_version":4.64261,"rating_count_current_version":3685,"star_counts":null,"genres":["Productivity","Business"],"languages":["AF","CS","DA","NL","EN","FR","DE","IT","JA","KO","NB","PL","PT","RU","ZH","SK","ES","SV","ZH"],"content_advisories":["Infrequent/Mild Mature/Suggestive Themes"],"device_families":null,"made_for_iphone_duo":null,"chart":null},"freshness":{"apple_read_at":"2026-10-21T10:43:12.849Z","catalog_read_at":null,"reviews_checked_at":null,"summary_written_at":"2026-10-19T11:07:11.798Z","placed_at":"2026-10-18T07:37:11.801Z","scored_at":"2026-10-22T18:40:13.625Z"},"editorial":{"one_liner":"A notes app that places every note on a timeline alongside your calendar, with a text editor, projects and sync.","what_is":"Agenda is a notes app where each note lives on a timeline next to your calendar.
