Our goal is to provide a clean and simple app that does everything you need to manage your household.\n\nPROFILES\nYou will create a profile for each family member to whom you wish to assign chores.\n\nCHORES\nYou will create color-coded chores and give each a custom icon. You can schedule tasks daily, weekly, monthly, on specific days, or alternating schedules, tailored to your needs.\n\nChores can be assigned to one or more profiles, can be set to rotate between family members, or be up for grabs to whoever gets to them first.\n\nYou can also add notes, reminders, categories, and subtasks to the chores.\n\nPhoto proof can be required for specific chores, so you can see if the job was done up to your standards.\n\nBALANCES (optional)\nYou will choose between Allowance, Points, or No Rewards. Each chore can be configured to pay a certain amount. As chores are completed the values are automatically added to that person's balance. Parents can also make manual adjustments for when they give their kids cash or need to deduct points for other reasons.\n\nWe also support automatic balance adjustments in case you want to give a weekly or monthly allowance.\n\nREWARDS\nYou can configure specific rewards within the app. You set a price and then your kids can track their progress as they work toward the goal. This feature helps kids stay motivated and to learn delayed gratification and planning.\n\nINSTANT SYNCING BETWEEN DEVICES\nYou can add multiple devices to your household. Each device can be set to Admin mode for parents, or child mode. Kid's devices will only have access to their chore list and won’t be able to edit chores or balances.\n\nWIDGET\nWe love widgets, and we’ve made a bunch of them! You can mark off chores right from your home screen or lock screen, and as a parent, you can keep tabs on the entire family without needing to open the app.\n\nACCESSIBILITY\nWe support dynamic type and dark mode.\n\nCLEAN AND SIMPLE DESIGN\nIn keeping with our core value of clean and simple, there are a couple of things we’ve chosen to avoid.\n\nNO GAMIFICATION\nDoing chores and earning points or allowance isn’t always the most fun thing in the world. We believe that adding coins, badges, or games to our app is a false motivator that doesn’t last. Kids are very smart and will quickly realize this. Hard work and discipline can carry their own sense of reward and we want to help you maximize this.\n\nNO CREDIT CARDS\nLinking to a real world credit-card or bank account is simply beyond the scope of what we can accomplish as a small team. Instead, we’ve chosen to focus all our attention on making our app completely self-contained. Our built-in allowance/points tracking system is designed to meet the needs of most families while avoiding the complexity and risk that come with online money accounts. You can easily deduct any amount from the virtual balance in Chorsee when you make deposits into your kid's other accounts.\n\nPRIVACY AND TERMS\nYou can read our privacy policy and terms of service at https://chorsee.com/privacy-policy\n\nGet started with Chorsee today, download now for a happier, more organized home!","facts":{"developer_id":1448188272,"developer_url":"https://chorsee.com","first_released":"2022-04-06T07:00:00Z","support_url":null,"privacy_url":null,"website_url":null,"app_version":"2.14.4","release_notes":"- Updated libraries and compatibility improvements\n- Minor bug fixes","rating_current_version":4.5804,"rating_count_current_version":11921,"star_counts":null,"genres":["Productivity"],"languages":["EN"],"content_advisories":null,"device_families":null,"chart":null},"freshness":{"apple_read_at":"2026-10-21T22:42:12.925Z","catalog_read_at":null,"reviews_checked_at":"2026-10-20T04:44:11.528Z","summary_written_at":"2026-10-16T06:51:49.481Z","placed_at":"2026-10-15T06:22:53.111Z","scored_at":"2026-10-21T22:53:13.070Z"},"editorial":{"one_liner":"Chores and allowance tracker for families, with profiles, scheduled chores, optional rewards, and devices that sync.","what_is":"Chorsee is a chores and allowance tracker for families.
