Track what, when, and how much you drink. Non-judgemental with full privacy (data is on your device only). DrinkControl helps you stay accountable and notice patterns in your drinking habits. Whether you're trying to cut back, stick to certain days, or simply stay more mindful, this app keeps you on track.\n\n“This app helped me reduce my drinking by simply making me aware.”\n\nWe think and drink in glasses, cans and bottles — not alcohol units. But not all beers, wines, or cocktails contain the same amount of alcohol. DrinkControl takes the guesswork out of the equation by converting every drink into standard alcohol units / grams of pure alcohol, based on real guidelines from health institutions.\n\n“Really opens your eyes when you see how many units are in a few ‘innocent’ drinks.”\n\nAlcohol doesn’t just affect your liver — it affects your waistline and wallet too. Drinks are full of empty (without any nutritional value) calories. DrinkControl helps you stay aware of the amount of calories in your drinks, making it easier to manage your weight, cut down for health reasons, or save money.\n\n“This app helped me lose weight and drink less at the same time.”\n\nFeatures: \n- Easily and quickly track your drinks and alcohol expenses\n- Track and see your drinking history in calendar\n- Stay within low-risk/moderate alcohol limits\n- Mark your dry/sober days and streaks\n- Charts, trend-line and statistics on alcohol/calories consumed, money spent on drinks\n- Sync alcohol units (standard drinks) and alcohol calories with Apple Health\n- Get your personal infographic on drinks consumed\n\nPremium features include:\n- Add DrinkControl widgets for your homescreen\n- Set and customize drink tracking reminders/notifications\n- Get statistics and charts for previous months/weeks, quarters or years\n- Look back in the history, create an infographic for full month or year\n- Customize with your favourite types of drinks and serving sizes\n- Export data to .csv file for use in Excel/Numbers\n- Back up your data to iCloud or Dropbox\n- Select one of many alternate app icons\n\nTerms, Conditions and Privacy: \nhttps://drinkcontrolapp.com/privacy.htm","facts":{"developer_id":1008055763,"developer_url":"https://drinkcontrolapp.com","first_released":"2011-09-08T22:13:44Z","support_url":null,"privacy_url":null,"website_url":null,"app_version":"6.7.0","release_notes":"NEW\n- Added German, French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese localizations.\n\nFIXED\n- Minor bug fixes.\n\nNOTE: DrinkControl update requires at least iOS 17.
