A place shaped by your past, present, and future, filled with faces you recognise, shifting landscapes that exist only for you, and symbols that only you can truly decipher.\n\nThis world is built by you, and you alone, every night, or every time you let your mind drift for a while. It's the most deeply personal thing we have, our last truly private place, in a world where everything is tracked, shared, and analysed without our consent.\nIt's sometimes fuzzy, blurry; you may not even know it's there, but it is. The most honest mirror on your life and your most inner thoughts. Right here, just a memory away. They feel random, crazy, unrelated, silly - and they sometimes are - but they sometimes mean more than we can admit. \n\nI built this app because I deeply believe our subconscious deserves a home. As a student developer working alone, my goal wasn't to build a machine to collect your data, or an AI to tell you what to think of yourself. I wanted to build an honest and personal mirror - a tool for you to see what's going on in your mind more clearly, one morning at a time.\n\n・Capture the Feeling, Seek the Story.・\nMornings are fragile; the memories of your inner world slip away quickly. Egretta is designed to help you catch them through a guided, intentional flow:\n\n・Emotive Entry: Start with the core feeling of your dream - calm, joy, or lingering fear.\n・Thematic Mapping: Select themes like flying, water, or work to see the patterns of your subconscious.\n・Chase: Log lucidity levels, sleep quality, and the specific people or objects that stood out.\n・The Narrative: Write your story freely, keeping the details fresh before they fade.\n\n・A Living Universe, Not Just a List.・\nYour dreams aren't isolated events; they are part of a larger tapestry. Egretta treats your entries like a living map:\n\n・Persistent Entities: Create unique profiles for recurring characters, specific locations, and meaningful symbols.\n・Evolution Tracking: Add notes to these profiles to see how a person or place relates to you across your dreams.\n・Visual Memories: Illustrate your dream entities with your own images to make your journal truly yours.\n・Organised Discovery: Use bookmarks and custom groups to organise related dreams or complex recurring schemes.\n\n・Your Mind Isn't Data to be Sold.・\nPrivacy isn't a feature; it’s the foundation.\n\n・ 100% Offline: All data is stored locally on your device.\n・ No Tracking: No accounts, no remote servers, and no third-party analytics.\n・ True Sovereignty: I cannot access your journal, and neither can anyone else. It's only you and your dreams.\n\n・Cultivate the Habit of Remembering.・\nThe more you look, the more you see. Egretta helps you build a \"dream streak\" with gentle daily reminders. By taking a moment each morning to log even a fragment, you train your mind to retain more detail, turning a fleeting thought into a lifelong path of self-discovery.\n\n\nNight after night, set up the most detailed portrait of your subconscious. \nEverything is there, just a memory away.\n\nPrivacy Policy: https://adelaidesky.craft.me/egrettaPrivacyPolicy\nTerms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/","facts":{"developer_id":694595971,"developer_url":null,"first_released":"2024-04-21T07:00:00Z","support_url":"https://adelaidesky.craft.me/egrettaSupport","privacy_url":"https://adelaidesky.craft.me/egrettaPrivacyPolicy","website_url":null,"app_version":"3.2","release_notes":"What's new in Egretta:\n\n• Natural Search: Find dreams by describing them naturally, in the app or right from Spotlight.\n• Ready for iOS 27: Polished glass, and a brand new multi-column journal on larger screens.\n• Refined Details: Reworked settings and lots of small touchups all around the app.\n• New Languages: Egretta is now available in Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Dutch, Russian and Simplified Chinese.\n\nThank you for using Egretta!
