Nothing on the screen competes for your attention while you talk, so you can put the phone down or close your eyes and keep going. Many of you told us that typing is the last thing you want when you're already worn out, and this update is for exactly those moments. If you tried voice earlier and drifted away, give it one more conversation.\n\nGift a subscription\n\nYou can now gift Elomia access to a friend. We built this because recommending a mental health app is awkward. \"You should talk to someone\" is hard to say and can be harder to hear. \"I got you this, just try it\" is a smaller step for both of you. The gift comes with no strings attached, and whatever your friend talks about with Elomia stays between them and Elomia.","rating_current_version":4.51582,"rating_count_current_version":1138,"star_counts":[82,15,40,98,903],"genres":["Health & Fitness","Lifestyle"],"languages":["AR","CA","HR","CS","DA","NL","EN","FI","FR","DE","EL","HE","HI","HU","ID","IT","JA","KO","MS","NB","PL","PT","RO","ZH","SK","ES","SV","TH","ZH","TR","UK","VI"],"content_advisories":["Infrequent/Mild Medical/Treatment Information"],"device_families":["iphone"],"made_for_iphone_duo":null,"chart":null},"freshness":{"apple_read_at":"2026-10-21T16:46:15.146Z","catalog_read_at":"2026-10-13T18:34:55.412Z","reviews_checked_at":null,"summary_written_at":"2026-10-07T17:05:25.885Z","placed_at":"2026-10-07T17:04:25.880Z","scored_at":"2026-10-24T00:27:12.936Z"},"editorial":{"one_liner":"An AI chat companion for emotional support, CBT prompts, mindfulness, and mental health self-care.","what_is":"Elomia offers private conversations with an AI companion, along with CBT prompts and reflection exercises.
