Enlist friends, family, teammates, colleagues, or whoever, to become gym rats. More effective than a simple step challenge, the goal is to workout more often; any activity counts.\n\n-How it works-\n\n* Create or join a group challenge\n* Invite as many people as you'd like\n* Post workouts to the group\n* Keep doing that, a lot\n* See the leader board and have fun competing\n\n-Flexibility-\n\nThe app is free form and allows for creating your own rules of competition. Score by total number of workouts, miles, minutes, calories, steps, or come up with your own point system. All that's required for a workout is a photo and a title. The photo can be of the gym equipment, a sweaty selfie, a screenshot of another app, or whatever your group deems acceptable.\n\n-Accountability-\n\nDon't care about score? No problem, the app can be used as a general group activity log. Keep each other accountable by having a shared space for tracking workouts.\n\n-Integrates with the Apple Health App-\n\nGymRats has the ability to import workouts from the Apple Health app. This not only includes activities recorded on the Apple Watch, but any activity saved to your device.\n\n\nTerms of use: https://www.gymrats.app/terms","facts":{"developer_id":1087079571,"developer_url":"https://www.gymrats.app/","first_released":"2019-03-09T14:03:46Z","support_url":"https://www.gymrats.app/contact","privacy_url":"https://www.gymrats.app/privacy/","website_url":"https://www.gymrats.app/","app_version":"2026.10.17","release_notes":"Swipe left or right on your check-in feed to move between your groups.
