Each feature protects you from different threats, creating the complete solution for protecting your personal data, browsing history, and sensitive connections.\n\nFIREWALL — Blocks Hidden Trackers: The world's first on-device, open source blocker that stops ads, trackers, and badware in all your apps.\n\nSECURE TUNNEL VPN — Keep Your Data and Browsing Private: It's the no-logs, blazing-fast, privacy-first VPN. The only VPN to prove its Privacy Policy and be fully audited.\n\n— BASIC FIREWALL FEATURES —\n- Simple, one-tap to get protected against thousands of trackers for most users\n- Fully customizable blocking for advanced users: block any domain / service\n- Works for all apps, not just the browser\n- Useful preconfigured block lists that are updated every week\n- Blocking works \"on-device\" meaning it does all of its blocking without sending all your data to a third party server, unlike other blocking apps

\n—ADVANCED FIREWALL FEATURES—\n- Import and create your own custom lists\n- Export your custom lists to share with others and save offline\n- Block thousands more trackers\n- Access to advanced curated lists and app specific block lists (e.g. TikTok, iFunny, Junes Journey)\n\n— SECURE TUNNEL VPN FEATURES —\n- Hide your location and unique IP address with one tap\n- Keeps you safe on public wi-fi hotspots and sites\n- Stops spying from snoopers and your ISP or cellular provider\n- Ultrafast with over a dozen regions globally\n\n— TRANSPARENCY YOU CAN TRUST —\n- Other privacy apps lie on their Privacy Policy and secretly sell user data, even if they promise not to\n- To solve this issue, the Openly Operated certification requires apps to *prove* their Privacy Policy\n- Lockdown is Openly Operated certified with a public 38-page audit report, and audited multiple times by security professionals\n\n— UNPARALLELED PRIVACY —\n- Open Source: Since firewalls have access to *everything* you do, it's critical that any firewall you use should be open source. Lockdown is 100% open source.\n- On-Device: Lockdown Firewall doesn’t connect to any servers. No logs of your browsing are sent to third parties or to our servers when using Lockdown Firewall. \n\n— PRESS COVERAGE —\n- The Washington Post\n- Business Insider\n- Forbes\n- FastCompany\n- MacRumors\n- 9to5Mac\n- ZDNet\n- Cult of Mac\n- The Mac Observer\n- iCulture\n- iClarified\n- AppAdvice","facts":{"developer_id":1815911753,"developer_url":"http://www.celestiangolden.com/","first_released":"2019-07-29T07:00:00Z","support_url":"http://www.celestiangolden.com/","privacy_url":"https://www.celestiangolden.com/privacy-policy-apps.html","website_url":"http://www.celestiangolden.com/","app_version":"2.4.7","release_notes":"Your privacy just leveled up!\n\nWe optimized Lockdown to sip battery in the background, keeping your device fully charged and fiercely protected.\nWe also eliminated unexpected connection drops, ensuring your ad-blocking shield stays rock-solid.\nPlus, our support email is updated so we can help you even faster.\n\nIf you love this seamless, always-on security, a 5-star review helps us keep your digital life safe.
