Built by a fellow member of the fellowship in recovery since 1996.\n\nWe are not cured of alcoholism. What we really have is a daily reprieve contingent on the maintenance of our spiritual condition. This app helps us maintain that spiritual condition.\n\nMY SPIRITUAL TOOLKIT CONTAINS NO ADS AND NEVER WILL.\n\n100% hardship discounts available to anyone who can't afford premium. No questions asked. Email nathan@myspiritualtoolkit.com.\n\nSPOT CHECK INVENTORY - YOUR ON-THE-GO MINI 4TH STEP\n\nResentment is the number one offender. The Spot Check Inventory lets you quickly work through resentments, fears, personal conduct, and harms done - right from your phone. Based on the personal inventory process in Step 10 (the tenth step) of the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions, this tool helps with daily ups and downs when people or events throw you off balance. A portable mini fourth step you can use anytime, anywhere.\n\nNIGHTLY INVENTORY - STEP 11 MADE EASY\n\nDo you do a nightly inventory before retiring each night as suggested in Step 11 (the eleventh step) of the Big Book? Now it's easy. Answer 10 simple questions straight from the Big Book and you're done. Track your answers over time to spot patterns in your recovery and spiritual growth.\n\nRECOVERY JOURNAL\n\nWrite about your recovery journey, step work, sober living, or whatever is on your mind. Journaling is a powerful tool for self-reflection and working a strong program. Keep a record of your thoughts and spiritual progress in one private, secure place.\n\nGRATITUDE LIST\n\nPracticing gratitude is one of the most effective spiritual practices in recovery from alcoholism. Build your gratitude list to remind yourself of the good things in your life, even on the hard days. An attitude of gratitude keeps you grounded in sobriety.\n\nSOBRIETY CALCULATOR & SOBRIETY DATE TRACKER\n\nSet your sobriety date or clean date and the counter automatically calculates days sober, months sober, years sober, even hours. Share milestones with your sponsor or trusted friends in the fellowship.\n\nSHARE WITH YOUR SPONSOR\n\nWe are only as sick as our secrets. Text or email your journals, inventories, and gratitude lists directly to your sponsor or trusted adviser.\n\nDAILY REFLECTIONS\n\nRead the AA Daily Reflection for today from the Alcoholics Anonymous website. Start each morning grounded in recovery literature and meditation.\n\nYOUR DATA IS PRIVATE, ENCRYPTED & BACKED UP\n\nUnlike apps that only store data on your phone, My Spiritual Toolkit backs up your data to a private encrypted server. If you lose your phone, switch devices, or reinstall, your recovery work is never lost. Encrypted for your eyes only. We never sell or share your data.\n\nPRAYERS FOR RECOVERY\n\nIncluded: Serenity Prayer, Third Step Prayer, and Seventh Step Prayer from the Big Book.\n\nADDITIONAL FEATURES\n\nPIN lock for anonymity and privacy. Sobriety counter with milestone sharing. Export your data anytime. Works on iPhone and iPad.\n\nFREE WEB APP INCLUDED\n\nPrefer typing on a computer? Access your toolkit from any browser free at myspiritualtoolkit.com. Data syncs between the iOS app and web app.\n\nTO PROTECT YOUR ANONYMITY\n\nThe app icon has no AA references, so no one will recognize it as an AA app.\n\nABOUT MY SPIRITUAL TOOLKIT\n\nCreated by a fellow member of Alcoholics Anonymous to give back to the fellowship that saved his life. This is a labor of love, built and maintained by one person in recovery. Your subscription keeps the servers running and the app improving for the AA community.\n\nThe majority of the app is free. Premium provides unlimited data entry for journals, spot check inventories, nightly inventories, and gratitude lists.\n\nNot endorsed by or affiliated with A.A. / Alcoholics Anonymous World Services.\n\nEULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/","facts":{"developer_id":642922947,"developer_url":"http://www.myspiritualtoolkit.com/","first_released":"2013-05-06T22:38:52Z","support_url":"https://www.myspiritualtoolkit.com/contact-us/","privacy_url":"https://www.myspiritualtoolkit.com/privacy-policy/","website_url":"http://www.myspiritualtoolkit.com/","app_version":"7.1.8","release_notes":"Add a little color to your gratitude list!\n• Your gratitude list now welcomes emoji.\n• Spot Check now keeps your unfinished entry, so you can pick up where you left off.\n• A note under the Thomas Merton Prayer explains the \"Therefore will I trust you\" wording, which is Merton's own.\n• Small fixes and improvements.\n\nThank you for being part of My Spiritual Toolkit!\nNathan","rating_current_version":4.89426,"rating_count_current_version":13043,"star_counts":[83,54,148,589,12169],"genres":["Lifestyle","Health & Fitness"],"languages":["EN"],"content_advisories":["Infrequent/Mild Alcohol, Tobacco, or Drug Use or References"],"device_families":["iphone","ipad"],"made_for_iphone_duo":null,"chart":null},"freshness":{"apple_read_at":"2026-10-21T14:36:13.877Z","catalog_read_at":"2026-10-21T14:36:13.877Z","reviews_checked_at":"2026-10-15T20:53:00.412Z","summary_written_at":"2026-10-17T08:05:13.584Z","placed_at":"2026-10-15T06:08:53.108Z","scored_at":"2026-10-23T04:51:12.804Z"},"editorial":{"one_liner":"AA recovery app with inventories, a recovery journal, gratitude list, sobriety date counter and sponsor sharing.","what_is":"My Spiritual Toolkit AA Steps is a Lifestyle app for members of Alcoholics Anonymous.
