Then take a break before you burn out. Short rounds of real focus with rest in between get more done than a whole day of half-attention.\n\nPhone keeps pulling you away? Block the apps you scroll the most, and they stay locked while you focus. Want it even stricter? Turn on strict mode, and leaving the app ends your session. Stand your phone up and go full screen for a big flip clock that keeps you on track. Put on rain or ocean waves to block out the noise around you.\n\nEvery minute you focus is saved to that task, so you can see what's really getting your time and what isn't. Watch the hours add up, keep your streak alive, and set a daily goal to build a habit that sticks.\n\nNaru Pro gets you the app blocker, strict mode, your full history, daily goals, Calendar and Apple Health sync, and every soundscape. Try it free before you pay, and cancel anytime.\n\nPrivacy Policy: https://www.narufocus.com/privacy\nTerms of Use: https://www.narufocus.com/terms","facts":{"developer_id":1686127038,"developer_url":"https://www.narufocus.com","first_released":"2026-08-05T07:00:00Z","support_url":"https://www.narufocus.com/support","privacy_url":"https://www.narufocus.com/privacy","website_url":"https://www.narufocus.com/","app_version":"1.8","release_notes":"Naru is now available in French, German, Spanish and Italian.","rating_current_version":5,"rating_count_current_version":2,"star_counts":[0,0,0,0,2],"genres":["Productivity"],"languages":["EN","FR","DE","IT","ES"],"content_advisories":null,"device_families":["iphone","ipad"],"chart":null},"freshness":{"apple_read_at":"2026-10-20T14:08:11.531Z","catalog_read_at":"2026-10-19T00:04:11.586Z","reviews_checked_at":null,"summary_written_at":"2026-10-12T08:45:59.009Z","placed_at":"2026-10-11T01:18:55.309Z","scored_at":"2026-10-21T17:15:13.047Z"},"editorial":{"one_liner":"A Pomodoro timer that tracks focus time per task, can block distracting apps, and plays rain or ocean sounds.","what_is":"Naru is a free Pomodoro timer for focused work sessions followed by breaks.
