With the Qwant app, your search history stays private and belongs to you, and your data is never sold. Unlike other search engines, we have no idea what you’re searching for online, and that’s exactly how it should be.\n\nOn smartphones, Qwant is more than just a search engine. It becomes a fully functional browser that not only respects your privacy but also offers a fast and secure browsing experience with many features: ad blocking, tabs, private browsing, and more.\n\nThe Qwant app also includes an innovative feature for discreet web navigation: the Zap button! With Zap, you can delete all your browsing data in a single click. No need to dig through settings or hunt down trackers and cookies one by one. Use it as much as you want before or after every session on Qwant.\n\nTake back control of your personal data with Qwant and join a community of millions who use the Qwant app every day to protect their online privacy and browse the web with peace of mind!\n\nOh, do we really need to remind you it’s free?","facts":{"developer_id":921977057,"developer_url":"https://help.qwant.com/fr/aide/qwant-mobile/","first_released":"2017-01-25T16:45:28Z","support_url":"https://www.qwant.com/contact","privacy_url":"https://www.qwant.com/privacy","website_url":"https://help.qwant.com/fr/aide/qwant-mobile/","app_version":"6.9.0","release_notes":"Some UI rebrands here and there","rating_current_version":4.72613,"rating_count_current_version":2713,"star_counts":[75,23,66,242,2307],"genres":["Utilities","Productivity"],"languages":["EN","FR","DE","IT","ES"],"content_advisories":["Unrestricted Web Access"],"device_families":["iphone","ipad","ipod"],"chart":null},"freshness":{"apple_read_at":"2026-10-20T17:43:13.657Z","catalog_read_at":"2026-10-20T17:43:13.657Z","reviews_checked_at":null,"summary_written_at":"2026-10-21T10:47:16.090Z","placed_at":"2026-10-19T06:33:11.723Z","scored_at":"2026-10-22T04:59:12.573Z"},"editorial":{"one_liner":"Privacy-focused search and browser app with ad blocking, private browsing, and a Zap button that deletes browsing data.","what_is":"Qwant Private Search is a free Utilities app from the Qwant search engine, which the listing says has not collected users' personal data by default since 2013.
