For\ncaffeine, a separate reminder tells you when you are reaching the last cup that\nstill clears before bed.\n\nWIDGETS\nSmall, medium and lock screen widgets show your level without opening the app.\nThe medium widget lists your most-logged drinks, and tapping one opens it\npre-filled.\n\nAPPLE HEALTH\nYour water and caffeine are written to the Health app. Your workouts, active\nenergy and sleep are read back in, so a hard session or a short night changes\nyour goal for the day. Every sample carries a sync identifier, so nothing is\nduplicated.\n\nHISTORY\nA month grid where each day is a drop filled to how much of that day's goal you\nhit. Scroll back through the months. Nothing is cleared at the end of the month.\n\nWATERCHAMP PRO\nAn optional subscription unlocks the projected caffeine curve, your complete\nhistory, logging drinks in the past or future, custom drinks with exact\nnutrition values, and all 29 stickers.
