It logs numbers and times of day, not just checkmarks, so the things you actually care about — sleep, energy, mood, weight — sit on one grid where patterns can show up. THREE HABIT TYPES, ONE GRID Yes/no for things you did or skipped. Meditate, take medication, write 200 words. Numbers for things you measure. 5,000 steps, 8 glasses of water, 76.4 kg. Times of day for moments you log. Wake at 07:15. Wind down at 22:30. Time-of-day is a real type here, not a number squeezed into a clock. Cells colour deeper as a streak grows. A skip pauses the streak instead of breaking it, so a rest day or a flight day keeps the two weeks you already put in. Excluded weekdays stay neutral. THE CANDLE CHART Pick your wind-down time and your wake time, and one continuous bar shows the whole overnight span. Lay a sleep score, or mood, or any number on top.
